As you may have noticed, Bekah hasn't been around the store much lately. This mysterious absence can be explained by the fact that Bekah has taken a new job and will now be sharing her talents with the food service industry! Bekah is a true jack of all trades, willing to do any job that needs to be done, and she has an abundance of gifts, from artistry to beekeeping to cooking. While we will miss her dearly and her absence has definitely been felt at the shop, we are so happy to see her following her dreams and sharing her many talents with people who aren't us. Never fret, she still lives nearby and will continue to do occasional part time work for us, and will probably appear in a few videos from time to time. One of the trickiest parts of family business can often be the pressure to carry on the family business and never work another job, but we have always worked hard to never pressure anyone in our family to carry on a career with us. We want every Hansen involved in our business to be in it for the love of the game. While we would love to see Bekah back in the shop someday, nothing compares to watching her flourish wherever she works. If you have enjoyed chatting or working with Bekah at the store, please leave her well wishes for this new chapter of her life!
