If summer had an official sparkling wine, it might just be pét-nat.

Join us this Thursday from 5–7 PM as we open a lineup of fresh, lively, ridiculously drinkable pét-nats—short for Pétillant Naturel, a traditional sparkling wine method also known as Méthode Ancestrale. Unlike Champagne, which undergoes a second fermentation in bottle, pét-nat gets its bubbles from a single fermentation that finishes in the bottle, resulting in sparkling wines that feel a little more carefree and less formal.

Think bright fruit, refreshing acidity, gentle fizz, and the kind of bottles that disappear surprisingly quickly on a warm evening.

While we don't bring in pét-nats simply for the sake of bringing in pét-nats, every bottle we'll be pouring is one we genuinely love to drink—fresh, balanced, and perfect for summer.

Thursday, June 18 | 5–7 PM
Complimentary tasting, no reservation required.

Pantry Pairing Club: The Art of the Dip

A good dip can carry an entire evening.

There are still a few seats available for the first edition of our new Pantry Pairing Club, happening Wednesday, June 24.

For The Art of the Dip, we'll gather around the kinds of pantry staples that turn simple ingredients into something people can't stop snacking on. Expect dips, spreads, breads, crackers, pantry favorites, and wine pairings designed for grazing, sharing, and lingering around the table.

This is less of a class and more of a delicious excuse to spend an evening exploring the ingredients we think every good pantry should have.

Wednesday, June 24 | 6–7 PM
$35 per person

Seats are limited and nearly gone—snag yours before they're gone.

Introducing Snack Table:
The Art of the Dip

Some of the best things to eat aren't really recipes at all and that's exactly what inspired Snack Table, our new pantry pairing club.

For the first edition, we're celebrating The Art of the Dip—an evening dedicated to the spreadable, scoopable, shareable things that make entertaining feel effortless and make ordinary ingredients feel a little special.

We'll explore a collection of pantry-inspired dips and spreads paired alongside thoughtfully selected wines, while talking through the ingredients, combinations, and simple ideas that make these kinds of snacks so memorable. Expect plenty of tasting, a little learning, and lots of inspiration for your next gathering.

This isn't a formal wine class. It's not a cooking demonstration. It's something in between—a relaxed, delicious evening built around the kinds of foods people actually want to make and share at home.

Seating is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate, interactive, and conversation-driven. Once the seats are filled, we'll close registration.

If you've ever found yourself standing around a kitchen island with a glass of wine, reaching for "just one more bite," this class was made for you.

Reserve your seat before they're gone.

And because this is the very first edition of Snack Table, we're keeping it small. If it sells out, we'll continue the series with future themes throughout the year—but there's only one chance to be part of the first gathering.

This Thursday:

Spanish Wines from Navarra

This week's tasting takes us to Navarra, Spain, featuring wines from one of our favorite under-the-radar producers: Bodegas Nekeas.

These are the kinds of wines that massively overdeliver for the price—thoughtful, expressive, food-friendly, and exactly the sort of bottles we love discovering and sharing with you.

We'll be pouring a Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Garnacha Blanca from this producer.

If the Garnacha Blanca sounds familiar, that's because we featured it in June's Wine Club. As you know, most Wine Club wines never make it onto the shelves—but we were so obsessed with this one that we couldn't bear not having it around for ourselves to drink.

Join us Thursday from 5–7 PM to taste through the lineup, learn a little about Navarra, and discover why Bodegas Nekeas has become such a staff favorite.

No ticket required. Just stop by and taste.

Our Wine Club is where we share the bottles we're most excited about right now. Join the Wine Club before month's end for July's selection.

This is your sign to drink more Spanish wine.

This Thursday, we’re headed to Navarra for a tasting featuring three wines from one of our favorite producers, Bodegas Nekeas.

Think fresh Garnacha Blanca, juicy Garnacha, and a Tempranillo that massively overdelivers for the price.

If the Garnacha Blanca sounds familiar, that’s because it was featured in June’s Wine Club. Normally, Wine Club wines don’t make it to the shelf—but we loved this one too much not to keep around.

Meet the Mailman 📬🧢

“Fashion show, fashion show, fashion show at lunch…”

Usually Gabe’s here taste-testing pantry favorites, but this week he’s moving from taste tester to model.

Gabe’s trying them all on and serving looks. The real question is: which one is coming home with him?

And yes, we’d trust Gabe with hot sauce recommendations and fashion advice. 🌭🧢📬

For the first edition of our new Pantry Pairing Club, we’re celebrating the art of the dip—the spreadable, scoopable, shareable things that turn simple pantry ingredients into the star of the table. Think the kinds of dishes built from a few good ingredients, a loaf of bread, some chips or crackers, and a little creativity that somehow become the thing everyone gathers around and can’t stop talking about.

Not just chips and dip (though there will certainly be some of that), but pantry-inspired dips and spreads, thoughtfully paired wines, and the kinds of combinations you’ll immediately want to recreate at home.

We’ll spend the evening eating, drinking, noshing, and exploring some of our favorite pantry staples and pairings.

Come hungry.

This week we're pouring wines that taste like summer by the water.

Think bright citrus, sea spray, crushed stone, and that subtle salty edge that makes certain wines so refreshing. These are the bottles made for warm evenings, oysters and seafood, aperitivo hour, backyard dinners, and honestly, sipping on their own.

If you gravitate toward crisp, mineral-driven whites, this tasting is for you.

No ticket required—just stop by and taste.

June Wine Club:

Grenache Around the World

June's Wine Club box has officially landed, and it might be one of my favorite themes we've done yet.

June's theme is: Grenache Around the World and explores how a single grape can tell completely different stories depending on where it's grown. Three bottles. Three regions. Three distinct expressions—from bright and elegant to savory and complex.

One of the most fascinating things about Grenache is its range, and this month's lineup is proof.

As always, these wines were brought in exclusively for Wine Club members and are not available on our regular shelves. Interested in joining? Sign up now and you'll receive July's box. I'm already working on next month's theme, and I can't wait to share it with you.

See you Thursday,

Annie

Same grape. Three completely different stories.

This month’s Dinner Party Wine Club is all about Grenache Around the World—a chance to explore how one grape can take on wildly different personalities depending on where it’s grown.

From bright and mineral to savory and structured to juicy and sun-soaked, these wines prove that place has as much to say as the grape itself.

Three bottles. Three regions. One of the most versatile grapes in the wine world.

Who’s team Grenache?

Meet the Mailman: Hot Sauce Edition 🌶️

Some pantry staples quietly sit on the shelf waiting for their moment. This is one of them.

This week, Mailman Gabe is putting Moto Calabrian Chili Hot Sauce to the test. Made with Calabrian chilies, it’s bright, punchy, and brings just the right amount of heat without overpowering everything it touches.

The real question: Do you trust Gabe’s review? And more importantly… what would you put it on?

Watch for the verdict, then stop by and grab a bottle if Gabe convinces you.
