Here’s what’s cooking in our Farmhouse Kitchen tonight….

We are using one of our newer pork chop cuts tonight, pork sirloin chop, along with some mushrooms from Jubbiebug Mushies picked up at the to make an easy creamy pork chop.

We are serving them with a new to us recipe of an asparagus tart made with asparagus from our garden (I am getting a little tired of roasted asparagus 🤣) and some homemade applesauce I made last fall.

Love that the majority of the meal came from our house or the farmers market!

Maycee’s pig, Jim, decided he needed an emotional support clump of grass today while he was on his daily walk. If he dropped it, there was no moving until he got it picked back up and then he was on his way. 😂
