Our mission, “To WOW our Guests and Associates with Enthusiasm and Willingness to Serve,” best describes our company philosophy. My parents, Rob and Kathy Webster started the company in July of 1978, the year I was born, with the purchase of a supermarket in Spencer, Wisconsin. On March 16, 1987 they purchased the Shop-Rite supermarket here in Ripon. On June 21st, 1989 we opened as a Pick 'n Save at our existing location, which was expanded and modernized in 2005. In 2016 we left the Pick 'n Save name and began to operate at Webster's Marketplace. I started in the family business during my school years by helping bag groceries and cleaning the bathrooms. I also worked many summers during my college years in our bakery. In June of 2010, my family and I chose to come back to Ripon and continue to operate Webster's Marketplace as a locally family-owned business. Our family and business is very blessed to be a part of the Ripon community and surrounding area for the past 30 years.
