As we say goodbye to our drake (Gordon) that was killed by stray dogs located over a mile away. We have his offspring and hope that we get one male. Gordon did his job and kept his hens safe and his eggs. Please do not train your dogs to kill birds unless you can control them or keep them kenneled. Thank you all for your support. I am proud to report that our children were not injured during this incident.

We planted strawberries today! They will be next years crop. People often ask how the planting process works. It will only let me post one video at a time. But here is #1. It is showing how we put the plants into what they call fingers. Then the planter simply puts it in the ground.
