Downtown Rochester is going to be busy this Saturday, October 10th with the 2026 Fulton County Chamber of Commerce Chili Cook-Off and RedHot Car Show & Swap Meet — and we’ve got a full day planned at Tip A Canoe Brews too!

Start your morning with Steak, Eggs & Kegs at 8AM until we run out. Park your hot rod and come in for a one-of-a-kind breakfast food special everyone will enjoy! Then stick around for live music with The Manitou Monster Band at 2PM for a great cause. Come back hungry for our very own chili food special in the evening.

And don’t forget about Rochester's DORA — Grab a beverage cup from Tip A Canoe Brews and enjoy your beverage while you explore the designated DORA areas downtown during the day’s festivities.
