It’s Saturday and we are open !!!! We have lots of goodies out and more coming.

Pumpkin Rolls and pumpkin Muffins w/ a cream cheese filling and candied pumpkin seeds, are out. Muffins are still hot so come and get some warm breakfast on this chilly fall morning.
Cinnamon rolls will be out later. The dough is being difficult due to the low temps and I didn’t turn up the heat last night. Will have our regular whipped honey butter and a pumpkin this weekend.

Traditional/Plain loaves and bagels are out. Slightly still warm even (it’s incredible how long sourdough stays warm once out of the oven, these all came out at 7:30am. A little sourdough info-sourdough will continue to bake up until it is room temp, which is why I don’t like to put it out very warm, if it’s cut to early it gets gooey. But sometimes when it’s my own personal loaf I still cut it and let the butter melt in, it doesn’t change the taste just the texture 🥰).

TGIF!!! 🎉 We are open early this Friday morning.
Apple butter, Pumpkin Bagels out, Apple Pie Bread pudding w/ a salted caramel drizzle out.
Plain loaves and bagels will be out this afternoon. Just need to cool.
Jalapeño cheddar loaves, pumpkin rolls, pumpkin oatmeal cream pies, glazed Spiced apple cookies, cinnamon rolls, apple c***r donuts w/ cinnamon and sugar, snores puppy chow all out later tonight and available first thing Saturday morning.

It’s Thursday !!!! I am in”get it in the shed” mode 😂 for this weekend.
Lots and lots of goodies coming out of the oven. Pictured here are pumpkin spice bagels (warm and just out of the oven) and apple toffee bread pudding (getting ready to gets its mix and go in the oven). I have apple butter brown sugar bagels doing its fermentation and plain loaves, baguettes, and bagels doing a second fermentation.
Pumpkin roll in the works this evening, pumpkin pie cups for the frig, tonight will be a pumpkin spice sweet cream for the fig, pumpkin muffins, glazed apple spice cookies, pumpkin oatmeal cream pies w/ caramel…a lot will be going out this evening, and tomorrow for a full stock for the weekend.

Good Morning ☀️!!!!
We are open until 7pm.
Several loaves of plain and apple maple, bagels, Foccacia, bread pudding, and apple butter left.

This week I’ll be adding more puppy chow flavors, I’ll be adding 2 new pancake mixes (chai and chefs kiss pumpkin spice), another batch of pumpkin rolls, caramel macchiato creamer, strawberry Cinnamon Toast Crunch bagels, pumpkin spice bagels, and bourbon pecan, Guiness, plain, and caramel apple loaves, cheddar and chives Foccacia.
And of course cinnamon rolls this next weekends flavor (from the menu) will be the whipped honey butter of course, biscoff, and pumpkin spice and then whatever odd and ends items I pull from the menu.

I’m trying to remember to post when I put something out and what day that is.
