Today was the first outdoor Brighton Farmers' Market of the season, and it felt so good to be back outside. 😎

A beautiful late-April Sunday with plenty of sun — and it was great seeing families out walking and enjoying a spectacular day.

The market’s in a new spot this year (a temporary move for this season while there’s construction at the high school): over to the parking lot at the Golisano Institute. We’ve been part of this market for years, and days like today are exactly why we keep coming back.

We’re hosting with Megan from Grass-Fed Glow, and it’s a make-it-then-use-it night: you’ll make your own whipped tallow balm, customize it with simple add-ins, and take home the finished product. Plus, your ticket includes a bartender’s choice drink while you work!

Join us Wednesday, April 15 (6–8pm) at Farmhouse Table Midtown for a Tallow Skincare Making Class led by Megan (Grass-Fed Glow). She’ll walk you through the benefits of tallow and the rendering process, then you’ll make your own custom 2oz jar of hand-crafted skincare with the oils and scents of your choice.
