We begin our season in May with spring produce and flowers. Our Scoop Shop and bake shop open in early May and offer ice cream by the scoop, as well as shakes and baked goods related to the seasonal produce. Strawberries ripen around May 25th, then blueberries a few weeks later, and blackberries in July. Sweet cherries ripen mid June to early July. Watch posts for U-pick options
Peaches start com
ing in from Illinois about July 4th and continue until mid August. Some late July peaches are available from our orchard. We do not offer U-pick on peaches. Regional produce is available at the store all summer. Apples pick -your -own begins mid-August. We have ready picked available at all times during the apple season. Fall brings plums, mums, pumpkins and fall ornamentals. You can pick your own pumpkins in September and early October. Our first batch of fresh apple cider is in early September and remains available until Christmas. Our store features fruit jams and butters, fruit ciders, as well as books, soap, candy and pottery from local artists.
