From our Hands: John’s Pickles, Charcuterie and Bar Boards, Smoked Chicken Stock, Mom’s Dried Herbs

From the Grill: Smoked Chicken Gyros On Pita Bread with Cucumber/Tomato/Red Onion Pico de Greeko, Herbed Feta featuring Mom’s dried Oregano and Dill, Mint/Dill Yogurt Sauce with Mom’s Fresh Herbs, and Shredded Romaine!

I haven’t been keeping up with the gratitude posts nearly enough, but we wanted to thank all of you who showed up last weekend! For a slow market we were still able to sell out of sandwiches, come up with a new one the fly, and sell a few of those! A truly memorable market, and we can’t think you all (especially our regulars and fellow vendors) for your continued support! Our crops are starting to come in more fully now, so check back later this week to see what produce sammiches and sundries we’ll be bringing this weekend -❤️ Thraves Ridge
