Hiland Farm Hi-land Farm is dedicated to producing safe, sustainable and affordable produce.

We specialize in various varieties of vine-ripened, sweet tomatoes, but we also grow a variety of peppers, cucumbers, bush and pole beans and melons.

This picture is from 2025 and it was a reclamation project on two barn sites and three barn lots. It took two plowings with a turning plow to remove foundation rocks and many roots. Soil fertility varied greatly from area to the next. We regularly avoid tillage to preserve soil structure. We are expecting good results in 2026.

The annual “Brown Out” is here just in time for Thanksgiving baking. You can get four dozen clean, brown eggs for $10. Pickup is on Fridays from 10:00 to 11:00 am. at Russell County Extension Office - ANR. Parking lot. Place orders on Thursdays.
