Y’all… consider this your official warning about ordering from Flour Power.
It starts innocently enough.
You send me an inspiration photo, expecting the usual back-and-forth about what can and can’t be done.
Instead, I answer your questions, help you figure out sizing, make the ordering process easy, and somehow squeeze you in when you thought there was no chance.
Honestly… that should’ve been your first red flag.
Then pickup day comes.
The cake looks exactly like you imagined.
Maybe even better.
You tell yourself, “It’s almost too pretty to cut.”
But eventually someone grabs the knife…
…and that’s when everything goes downhill.
The cake is ridiculously moist.
The cupcakes disappear before you even get one.
Someone asks, “Who made this?”
Then another person asks.
Before the party’s over, you’ve answered that question about twelve times.
Now your phone is full of messages asking for my information.
The next problem doesn’t show up until your next celebration.
You think, “Maybe I’ll just grab something from the grocery store this time.”
You won’t.
Because now your family remembers.
“Can’t we just get Flour Power again?”
Every.
Single.
Time.
Now you’re stuck.
Birthday?
Flour Power.
Baby shower?
Flour Power.
Promotion?
Flour Power.
Retirement?
Flour Power.
Random Tuesday because you’re craving cinnamon rolls?
…Yep.
So let this be your warning.
Do NOT order from Flour Power unless you’re prepared to become the person everyone expects to bring the dessert.
Because apparently one order is all it takes.
(At least… according to all 44 of my reviews. 🤷🏼♀️💛🌼)
