I'll be out there with sourdough, apple hand pies, peach focaccia, homemade strawberry pop tarts and cookie decorating kits for kids day!

Tomorrow July 24 is Kids day at the market. We will be open 4-7, the UK extension office will have lots of activities for the kids including:

Zucchini Race Cars
Local Soil Samples & Growing Plants
Hopscotch
Smoothie Bike
Spin the Wheel
Farmers Market Bingo Scavenger Hunt
Animal Balloons

And the kids can earn vouchers that can be used to buy produce at the market.

We are expecting several vendors with lots of great produce, baked goods, locally grown meat and eggs, freeze dried candy and other hand made items.
