Park Pale Ale was inspired by a simple feeling: lying in the grass under the sun on a Golden Gate Park afternoon.

This Saturday, we’re celebrating its return with a party at Fort Point Valencia, and giving away five Golden Gate Park experiences hiding in plain sight (the ones you’ve always meant to try).

Every year since we retired this OG recipe, we’ve found ways to bring it back, even if that meant only brewing a single batch. As the city warms up, it’s hard not to fantasize about park days with friends, guzzling down a beer that’s jussst right: not too hoppy, not too bitter, pale yet structured, full-flavored yet refreshing. So here we are again sharing a new batch of an old favorite: 🌿Park Pale Ale, our Goldilocks beer.

Come clink glasses while we have it on tap at Fort Point Valencia and the Ferry Building, and keep an eye out for it at your favorite bars, restaurants and shops. But hey, if having it anywhere but the actual park feels sacrilegious, we’ll deliver it to you same-day anywhere in SF. Either way, we’re having it every chance we get while it lasts.

Come early for pre-screening drag bingo with (around 7pm), stay for for some of our favorite feel-good movies, plus a late night happy hour with $5 draft pours all screening long.

Coven is a beer steeped in tradition. We always brew it with a special Pink Boots hop blend, and when the brew day comes around, the women of Fort Point (across, production, retail, marketing, and sales) get together to help bring our Botanical Rice Lager to life.

This year, our brew day came full circle with members of the Pink Boots Society joining us to brew Coven with our team. Together we peeled citrus (picked fresh from our coworker Cameron’s lemon tree), weighted out dried lavender, sage, and hops, and carefully added it all into the tank when the time was just right.

If you haven’t tried this year’s batch yet, its tasting spritzy, delicious and just like spring. Try it on draft at our SF locations and in 4-packs on our website…and let us know what you think!

Coven Botanical Rice Lager is here!! 🌷🍋🌿

Spritzy, bright, and delightfully unexpected, our Botanical Rice Lager tastes a little bit like spring, and it all started with a hike through the Presidio. The women of Fort Point developed the recipe (and take part in brewing Coven every year) with inspiration from the sights and smells taken in that afternoon — herbs, flowers, and bright citrus. The resulting lager balances just-the-right-amount of sage, lavender, and citrus peel with a crisp and effervescent base.

It’s our tradition to release it on International Women’s Day - a little nod to Coven’s origin story and to the European custom of giving the women in your life flowers on March 8th.

We use a special hop blend from for Coven, and this year we were joined by members to brew the beer with us. It’s tasting better than ever, and we can’t wait to share this release with all of you!

Summon your coven and meet us at Fort Point Valencia on Sunday, March 8th for a day party celebrating our annual Coven Botanical Rice Lager release!

Try the first spritzy pours of Coven, get portraits of you and your besties taken by the incredible , eat gorgeous chiffon cake from .sf, and take home a tulip bouquet—our nod to the European tradition of giving out flowers on International Women’s Day (which is March 8th, btw!).

Coven is always an extra special release for us. The recipe was developed by the women of Fort Point, and inspired by a hike through the Presidio. It’s brewed with lavender, lemon peel, sage, and a unique hop blend. It’s bright, effervescent, and tastes a little bit like spring.

Kölsch Crown Night is returning to Fort Point Valencia for Beer Week next Thursday, February 26th from 5-10pm!

Join us to drink KSA the German way…with tiny glasses (stanges) of Kölsch Style Ale. The glasses might be small, but they’re constantly refreshed from big trays (crowns) which means your KSA always stays extra cold and fizzy, just how we like it. Kölsch service is surprisingly delightful, not overly complicated, and best enjoyed in good company.

DJ Joel Conway will be spinning vinyl all evening, and we’ve added a special soft pretzel w/ Westfalia beer cheese and Villager mustard to the menu for the night.
