Our new fall cocktail list is officially here:

[not your] Grandpa’s Wh***ey Sour — Willet wh***ey, spiced cranberry, lemon + egg white
Yam I Right? — Caribbean spiced rum, allspice dram, fresh lime + sweet potato
Coke & Mirrors — Italian vodka, Diet Coke, maraschino liqueur + cherry air foam
Paper Weight — brown butter-washed bourbon, Aperol, amaro + fresh lemon
Grey Area — Mediterranean gin, ume plum liqueur, Earl Grey tea, sage + club
Basic Witch — tequila, pumpkin spice purée, fresh lime, botanical triple sec + cinnamon

This first year of Standard Fare has been exciting, challenging, exhausting, incredibly rewarding — and at times, all of those things in the same day!⁠

We’re so grateful to our team that shows up and makes this place what it is, and to the Saratoga community for embracing us, supporting us, giving us feedback, bringing your friends, celebrating your birthdays here, coming back for another martini, and just generally rooting for us.⁠

If you’ve set foot in Standard Fare at any point over the last year, thank you. Truly.⁠

We’re celebrating our birthday Sunday, August 16 and Monday, August 17, and everyone who joins us gets their own little birthday cake on us — while supplies last. The way we see it, if it’s your birthday, everyone gets cake. 🎂⁠
