Floating its way back into the lineup this week: Buoyant | Hazy IPA

First introduced back in April of 2023, Buoyant has become a frequently returning favorite that we can’t get enough of. Brewed with a combination of Krishna and Citra hops, Buoyant presents juicy aromas of peach, and papaya with a dash of ripe orange. On the palate, you’ll be hit with fruity candy, and guava, with a plush mouthfeel that carries you back to the glass each time.

Buoyant is available in cans and draft in both locations this week!

Earlier this month, we got together with our friends at South Shore Classics Hockey League, to brew a classic style to commemorate the end of their Summer Hockey season. As we begin winding down the summer season, we are proud to give you Summer Shift, an American wheat ale with notes of citrus, fresh-baked bread, peppery spice, and an approachable dry finish. It checks all the boxes for a classic end-of-summer beer, and its well-balanced approachability will keep you wanting more. Summer Shift is available in both our Scituate and Plymouth taprooms today!

To celebrate the end of summer, join us for a grand celebration in our Plymouth taproom this Saturday for the release of Summer Shift. Cue the drum and fife…

Making its way back to our taprooms this week - Rebecca, our flagship brown ale has been a staple in our taproom from the very beginning. Complex notes of toffee, caramel, and roasty malt get you ready for the cooler months ahead, while also light-bodied enough to enjoy during the remaining weeks of summer. We always look forward to adding Rebecca to our lineup, not only to celebrate our ever-expanding variety of beer styles, but to also pay homage to our town’s rich and beautiful history.

And so the story goes, Rebecca Bates, one half of the American “Army of Two,” worked with her sister Abigail to drive the British away from Scituate Harbor during the war of 1812. The sisters, while looking after the lighthouse and armed with nothing but a drum and fife, played an American militia fight song to trick the British into thinking there was an armed force ready to battle, causing the British to retreat.

It’s almost time for a REMATCH!

September 9th marks the official start of the regular season for the NFL, and we couldn’t be more excited! First released in honor of New England making it to the Super Bowl last season, our limited edition East Vs. Northwest cans are making their return just in time for the anticipated week one rematch against Seattle! This matchup always has special meaning for us because of Untold’s Pacific Northwest history. Owner/founder, Matt Elder developed the concept of Untold while brewing in Seattle Washington, so celebrating this football rivalry was an opportunity we could not pass up.
