Our Pastrami - yes, of course we make it! Our craft is finding the very best or if we can make it better - we do it!!

10 day process to brine, rub, smoke this American Wagyu Brisket for our Reuben Sandwich….Rye bread, housemade radish remoulade, housemade Brussels sprout Kraut (again, because we could buy kraut, but we can make it better, we do💥) and cave aged Gruyère cheese.
