We opened up shop 5 years ago and are so grateful to have 5 years Monterey County’s ‘Best Of’ awards from Monterey Weekly and 3 years Golden Pine Cone award — from you our loyal customers.

For everyone who’s stepped into the shop; our team, our family, our customers - THANK YOU! It’s a ton of hard work but we believe in providing access to exceptional quality meats not found anywhere else and supporting ranchers doing things better. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏾

The menu is set and ordering is open - we look forward to making your Thanksgiving easier and more delicious! As we prepare for our 6th Thanksgiving providing one of the most important meals of the year - we love that our family recipes have become part of your tradition. Everything is made from scratch, just in much bigger batches than we make at home!

We will sell out, we monitor the orders to the capacity we can prepare and the number of turkeys we preordered (in FEBRUARY🫪! Yes, that’s when we preorder for November) so make your plans and thank you for supporting your local butcher 🔪😃
