Last night we had the privilege to hear .isabella at the Utopia Dream Session 🎤🪩

What a fabulous start to this month’s Storytelling theme 📖🗣️

The prompts and music were such a good reminder of how stories - especially good stories are key to creating the world that we want to see ❤️ oh and bonus - we got to walk away with an issue of around Storytelling.

For our plant based dinner, guests enjoyed Dirty Tamarind Rice & Strawberry Baked Oats for dessert 🍽️ Oats from .farm & 🍓 from 🧑🏽‍🌾

Our time at Columbia City has been an absolute dream! This family oriented community welcomed us to join as vendors in the month of May. 🌷🌤️

Thank you so much to everyone who made it possible for us to be there, including our new staff members! 🥳 We are grateful to staff for their incredible support as we take on new markets this summer!

We’ll be back at Columbia City on Wednesday, and can’t wait to open Phinney on Friday! 👋🏾😄

A quick look at our newest menu addition: the Barley Bowl! Made with purple barley, za’atar spiced chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumbers, with a lemony dill dressing 🍋🍅

Happy April!! This month we’ve got lots on the Calendar ! 🥳🌱

We’re happy to announce our Plant Based Pop Up in Downtown Seattle completed its soft opening this week! It’s been so much fun meeting new people in a new space. More updates coming soon about feedback from our savory muffins!👩🏽‍🍳🍽️

We’re also still every Tuesday and we’ll be at Capitol Hill Farmers Market the last two Sundays of April. We’re taking the 12th off to get ready for market & update our popup menu, so get excited! ♻️

Last week at Capitol Hill farmers market was rainy! And this snow? ❄️ We should have had this on our bingo card. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Sunday is supposed to be better🤞🏾☀️ ....in any case, it’s a good reason to come out and support your local farmers and chefs at the market! 🧑🏽‍🌾👩🏽‍🍳
