We are officially kicking off the long weekend at our Downtown Seattle Taproom with a brand-new food special and TWO fresh beer drops!

🔥 The Pepperoni Flatbread
We start with a fire-roasted tomato sauce base, layer on crispy pepperoni and premium , and finish it off with fresh arugula and a drizzle of hot honey. It’s sweet, savory, spicy, and pairs perfectly with a cold pint 🤤

🌞 Fresh! Golden Raspberry (4.7% ABV)
If you’ve never had a golden raspberry, you’re in for a treat. We took a mountain of these striking berries, added a bright splash of lime, and blended it all into a crisp, refreshing sour base. Catch it on tap and in 16oz 4-packs ONLY at our Ballard and Downtown Seattle taprooms!

Back in November, our Head Chef Jason took home the win at Queen Anne Beerhall’s 3rd Annual Chili Cook Off with his 𝗫𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗹 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 & 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶, paired with our 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗸𝗸 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿.

The clouds have cleared, the “Haze Fest” dust has settled, and we’re ready for the next round! ☁️➡☀️

Saturday was a deliciously soft and juicy blur, but if you’re looking for something crisp, light, and endlessly drinkable to fuel your week, we’ve got three new ways to keep the party going:

🌀 Kaleidoscope IPA (6%): A Mosaic-hopped masterpiece. It’s multifaceted—you might get citrus and tropical fruit on one sip, then pine and herbal spice on the next.

🏳️‍🌈 Tea Time – Iced Tea Radler (3.5%): Sunshine in a can. We took a crisp lager base, added a splash of lemon, and finished it with a tropical herbal tea. It’s light, thirst-quenching, and built for long afternoons.
