A couple dishes we’ve made lately with XO Sauce.

Chinese broccoli with XO Sauce
This one’s super easy. Just boil water seasoned with sesame oil, salt, and chicken soup base if you want. Strain it, plate it, and top it with as much XO Sauce as you wish.

Stir-fried rice rolls with XO Sauce
A dim sum favorite, and a bit more effort! Did you know that these are hand rolled at restaurants? After that, they’re cut into ~2in rolls, lightly pan-fried in oil so they don’t stick together when tossed in an XO Sauce mixture. Let us know if you’d want to make this at home, and we’ll send you Dad’s recipe.

My Mom loves her spice. When I learned that this year was the Year of the Fire Horse, I wanted to create a Chili Oil to celebrate my Mom because she was born in the year of the Fire Horse 60 years ago! I know this is a little late, but we have a whole year of Fire Horse energy ahead of us.

This is our Chili Oil – Fire Horse Edition, one that satisfies her taste buds and olfactory senses. It’s a slow-burning chili oil infused with warm aromatics like star anise and cinnamon. It starts silky and fragrant (lemme tell you, it smells so good, I wish this could be a scratch and sniff post), then builds to a sharp, satisfying heat that stays with you.

This year’s APCC New Year Celebration features Cambodia, and we’re donating 10% of our sales from the event to UNICEF Cambodia—supporting children and families facing crises and emergencies.

I used to sneak into the restaurant kitchen and grab the Honey Glazed Walnuts, not the prawns (sorry, prawns).

They’re sweet, but what makes them addictive is how CRISPY they are.

Inspired by a customer favorite at our family restaurant, we’re introducing Honey Glazed Walnuts—made with Dad’s recipe he’s been making for decades. The first of our Sun Yum Snacks line.
