Boring Farm Certified Organic Family Friendly Red Raspberry U-Pick Farm Picnic around our ponds after picking!

08/28/2026

The field this week is looking really really good and tasting delicious as I do my evening field walk. Picking berries for breakfast and doing quality control is key this time of year.

The field will produce one more wave of fruit before our season is over so now is a great time to visit the farm!

Can you believe there’s only 5 more u-picks in 2026??

Life lately has been going so fast!
We’re still trying to hold onto these fleeting summer days!
We can’t believe there’s only 6 more Saturdays for u-pick left in our season, where has the summer gone??

1. China town night market in SF

2. Secondary road completely blocked off and filled with people playing Mahjong

3. More night market!

4. All the cat love had already been taken….

5. Dinner in Oakland for Eric Grigley birthday!! I love you 😘

6. I finally made a delicious pavlova that was the perfect consistency! Been trying to perfect this for years!

7. Made a blackberry and raspberry crumble for Julian C. Clymer birthday!!

8. We continue with our bi-weekly deliveries of our berries to the wonderful people over at FEED Cooperative

9. Rodeo time at the Sonoma County Fair!

10. Bull riding!!

11. Boring Farm bought a hog this year from the Sonoma County Fair. This young man Tyler raised his hog (named Luke) about 4 minutes down the street from the farm. We love supporting Canfield 4H and creating positive impacts to our community. Last year we bought a lamb and that lamb fed our family all year. This year we’re having pork! Thank you to Luke for your life given to feed our families and thank you to Tyler for taking such great pride in the care and dedication you gave to Luke. We can’t wait to see what you will do next.

12. Lastly we had to see the zucchini races hosted by Sonoma Raceway in the historic Sonoma Square!
Yes, those are decorated ZUCCHINIS racing!

After getting multiple requests to offer our fruit in more traditional packaging, especially for our local grocery stores (looking at you Oliver's Market )

We listened and made a change! ✨

For the first time ever we are offering our berries in clamshells with our classic food labels created by Dane S. Curley and our logo created by Lake Oconee Marketing

These berries will be available for purchase with FEED Cooperative through their CSA boxes and their wholesale accounts!
The berries are just starting to get really good again before the season winds down, so get them while they last!

We have to say a big Thank You to Edible Marin & Wine Country for featuring our founder and farmer Rachel Boring Clymer in this summer 2026 issue!

We’ve had several new visitors this year who have found out about us through this feature alone, thank you thank you!

This publication is free so pick one up where ever you see them in the wild! We still have a few left here to give you when visiting the farm.

Two weeks ago we said “I do” under this old oak tree surrounded by all our friends and family.

Two weeks of being Mr. & Mrs. Clymer has gone by so fast! It’s so fun being married to your best friend!

July 4th was such a great day to celebrate our marriage and a beautiful way to honor my grandfather and grandmother Boring’s wedding that occurred on July 4th 1953.

We’re slowly coming back to reality after the best day of our lives.… Eating leftover wedding cake is an added bonus of throwing an awesome party!

This time of year I find myself reaching for the second, or third cup of coffee for the day.
There’s work to be done, raspberries to harvest and plenty of preparation left to do before this Boring Farm wedding on July 4th!

Somehow my coffee tastes even better in this custom made ceramic travel mug by gab
Truly the best wedding gift possible for a raspberry farmer!

Check out her shop for all your ceramic and beeswax candle needs. I have several of her pieces and they are have been made with such high quality in mind.

Gabby, thank you! This mug makes me soooooo happy!
