One of the biggest reasons we started Prairie Hills Farm was to create a different kind of relationship with food and to feed people.

You know the farmer.
You know the farm.
You can ask the questions.
And you can trace your food back to where it started.

When you purchase meat directly from a small farm, you aren’t just buying a package of meat with a label on it. You’re supporting a farmer who can tell you how that animal was raised, where it was processed, and where your food came from.

We don’t take that trust lightly. ♥️

We believe food should be raised with care, handled responsibly, and sold with transparency.

So while you’re checking your freezer and keeping an eye on the current recalls, remember:
