Being as we are just a short drive from the large Tulsa Metropolitan area, it is sometimes easy to forget about the wilderness in which we DO live.

The Husband saw a momma river otter and two little ones cross the road ahead of him just about two miles from the homestead this morning on the way to work!

This is the second time we have seen them in our immediate area.
