We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our farm family!

This is a year-round, part-time position working with animals, helping with farm operations, assisting guests, and keeping the farm looking its best.

We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Shows up on time
✔️ Is reliable and responsible
✔️ Takes initiative and works independently
✔️ Enjoys being outdoors in all kinds of weather
✔️ Loves animals and people
✔️ Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔️ Has reliable transportation
✔️ Is available to work weekends
✔️ Can safely lift 50 pounds

Farm work can be physically demanding, and every day is different. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, jump in where needed, and take pride in a job well done.

This position is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, notices what needs to be done without being asked, and takes ownership of their responsibilities. We value reliability, accountability, and a willingness to learn.

Additional hours may be available during camps, special events, and busy seasons.

✨ Meet the Animal Monday ✨

Today we’re introducing one of the smallest members of our farm family—Jeffery… or as I like to call him, Little Baby Jeffery! 🐢❤️

Jeffery is our adorable red-footed tortoise, and at just 6 months old, he’s already packed full of personality. Don’t let his tiny size fool you—this little guy knows exactly how to steal the spotlight!

Whether he’s happily munching on his favorite snacks, exploring his surroundings, or showing off that cute little face, Little Baby Jeffery always brings a smile to everyone’s day. He may be small now, but we can’t wait to watch him grow and see all the adventures ahead of him.

For now, he’s just our sweet little baby, and we’re completely obsessed with him. 🥬🥰

🌿🐾 What an amazing day in the rainforest! 🐾🌿

Today we brought the rainforest to life with our Wild in the Rainforest experience, and we had an absolute blast! From meeting our sloth and red-footed tortoise to getting up close with our snake, and feathered friends, there were smiles, questions, and unforgettable animal encounters all around.

We love seeing the excitement on everyone’s faces as they learn about these incredible animals and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Today we’re featuring our KuneKune pigs!

Here are 5 fun facts about these adorable pigs:

🐷 “KuneKune” means “fat and round” in the Māori language of New Zealand, where the breed originated.

🐷 KuneKune pigs are known for their friendly, gentle personalities and love interacting with people.

🐷 Unlike many pig breeds, KuneKune pigs are excellent grazers and can get much of their nutrition from grass.

🐷 They have distinctive little tassels called “wattles” that hang from their lower jaw.

🐷 KuneKune pigs come in a variety of beautiful colors and patterns, making each one unique!

Today we added two adorable new members to the farm family—a Highland calf and a Jersey calf! These bottle-fed boys are already settling in, and we can’t wait to watch them grow and become friends with all of our other cows.

They don’t have names yet, so we’d love your help! What should we call them?

Big news at Carousel Acres! 🤎🐮

Today we welcomed TWO new bottle-baby boys to the farm—a Highland calf and a Jersey calf! Watching them arrive was such a special moment, and we already can’t wait to see them settle in and become best friends with the rest of our cow crew.

They don’t have names yet, but trust us… they’re already stealing hearts. ❤️

Stay tuned as these little guys grow up on the farm, and get ready to come meet them soon!

Baby Flash is growing up right before our eyes! 🦥💙

It feels like just yesterday we were helping with every feeding, and now look at him — using his very own water bottle all by himself! Watching this little guy become more independent has been such a special journey.

We are so proud of how far he’s come, and we can’t wait to see what milestone he reaches next🥹
