Foursquare Epilogue MARK ###I just hit the shelves at Elixir, the oldest one of Exceptional Cask Selection series and supposed to be the last one of the series. Single blended(pot still & column still) rum, entirely aged in the tropical climate for 19 years, in just ex-Bourbon casks, bottled at the source. No short cuts. No color. No filtration. No sugar. No additives. Richly layered, flavorful & well integrated cohesive rum yet "smooth"/mellow for 114 proof.

Pelacañas Ron Agrícola Blanco & Llamarada: Bringing that vibrant, fresh sugarcane energy straight from Mexico. The 'Llamarada' delivers that unfiltered, high-proof still strength punch.

Probitas Green Label: the darker, higher-proof (57% ABV) evolution of the acclaimed Probitas White collaboration between Foursquare and Hampden Estate. While the white label is an unaged/lightly aged mixing rum, the green label features heavier, high-ester marks, a higher concentration of aged rums.

Flag Series Cambodia 2016 (8 Year Old): A rare cask-strength gem from an unexpected origin. Deep, rich, and completely unique.

Flag Series Fiji 2012 (12 Year Old): Tropical, funky, and bottled at cask strength. A true connoisseur's pour.

Coal Pick Distillery line up has landed!

Three expressions. All Pot Still, Wheated, Sweet Mash, Char 4 on staves and heads, 111 barrel entry proof.

Very Small Batch Wheated Bourbon – very small batch of 3 to 5 barrels, soft, approachable, and packed with notes of honey, vanilla, caramel, and fresh-baked bread.

Single Barrel Barrel Proof Wheated Bourbon – Uncut and unapologetic, delivering concentrated flavors of toffee, dark fruit, oak spice, and rich brown sugar.

Toasted Single Barrel Wheated Bourbon – Entire time in a medium toasted barrel but char no 1 brings layers of marshmallow, cinnamon, toasted nuts, baking spice, and sweet oak.

Two limited releases showcasing very different sides of the Remus legacy.

On the left, the Remus Experimental Series No. 2 starts with a mature wheat whiskey distilled in 2017, then layers complexity through finishes in Oloroso Sherry, Ruby Port, and Tawny Port casks. It brings a rich nose, with notes of dark chocolate and almond praline. The chocolate carries through on the palate, layered with malty sweetness and a slight earthiness. The finish is lingering and warm, with the chocolate and malt notes slowly fading into a gentle nuttiness.

On the right, the iconic Remus Lou Gehrig Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey, clocking in at 109 proof with a unique medley of 4 mash bills. Remus Bourbon will be donating $9,665 to THE LIVE LIKE LOU FOUNDATION in honor of his 9,665 plate appearances. Remus Bourbon fans are encouraged to help, too.
