They are using Number one grade Ahi Tuna loins from Seafood Express, seared with a mango chili lime rub, then sliced and finished with a roasted poblano & corn salsa and our famous Bananapẽno sauce!

This is such an honor, and we cannot thank for naming this appetizer after us on his menu! It will be available starting May 6th!
