Pricing:
• Half Beef — $6.00/lb + butchering fee
• Quarter Beef — $6.50/lb + butchering fee

We will also have 3 more cows available for July processing that can be purchased by the whole, half, or quarter.

The beef lady had a busy Sunday filling feeders for the summer and fall feedlot cattle. The guys were a huge help today. I couldn’t do it without them.

Beef orders are still open for this summer and I’m beginning to take beef orders for the fall. Contact your local beef lady to fill your freezers. I hope you enjoy the video.

Hi, I’m Amanda Zoller — but around here, most folks know me as “The Beef Lady.”

I’m a fourth-generation farmer, born and raised in Springfield, Georgia. Farming isn’t just what I do — it’s who I am. I grew up working cattle and raising crops like corn, soybeans, peanuts, and wheat alongside my family.

Today, my husband and I carry on that tradition, raising our cattle right here at home. I personally handle the daily care of our herd, making sure they are raised the right way — with attention, respect, and pride.

When you buy beef from us, you’re not just getting a product from a store shelf. You’re getting beef that’s been locally raised, carefully managed, and backed by generations of experience.

Our cattle are part of our family, and we believe you can taste the difference in every cut.
