Good morning! Apologies for the late post but Creole Smoke will not be open today! You guys slammed us this weekend and I’m so grateful but I need time to catch up. However, all the pre-orders that were made for today will still be fulfilled. Our recipes are made from scratch with whole ingredients and most dishes are slow cooked which means we can’t make up more food on the spot. At the moment, my father and I are the only cooks but our team is slowly learning the recipes as well. Thank you all for understanding and see you this afternoon at Duncan Park for the Grateful Dead Jerry Garcia Tribute.

OH YEAH! We ended this Wednesday on a fun note 😆 thank you everyone for your smiles and love! It’s only our second week and we sold out again! Reminder, only 2 1/2 more weeks of staying open until 10pm (or when we sell out!). If you’d like late night options, let us know! Come on by 😄

This has been a great week! Our first week open was a huge success 🤩 we sold out everyday thanks to you all. I’d like to give special thanks to bloomspringfield for visiting on our soft opening day and leaving FLOWERS 🥹 and five days later they still look amazing. Thank you! Best Day Ever Bakeshop made the most wonderful cake I’ve ever tasted. It was half lemon and half seasonal berry 😋 the best combo omg! You should really check out her dessert options at the The Railyard - Springfield, IL thank you Kaitlan! Our signs were provided by Solution Printing, Inc. which look amazing. Thank you Greg and Brad for getting us in so quickly you guys are the best! We appreciate everyone’s support❤️‍🔥🐊

We SOLD OUT! Thank you for all your support. I’m still getting my team familiar with my recipes and getting you guys in and out as quickly as possible.
