If it’s a little cooler tomorrow, you’re welcome 😅 I made soup two days in a row!

Now normally, Travis would NOT go for this nonsense. It’s 100+ degrees and it has chicken in it—two big no-nos in our house, according to Mr. Coco. BUT… y’all know how much he loves cast iron, right?

Well, he restored this old Dutch oven today, so I just had to break it in properly…

Who else is ready for soup season? 🍂 I’m so ready I just went ahead and made it 😅

I’ve been seeing Caldo de Albondigas all over my feed, so I finally gave in… and y’all—SO DANG GOOD.

It’s tender little meatballs mixed with rice and seasonings, simmered in a rich tomato-based broth and loaded up with veggies. It’s hearty, cozy, and exactly what I needed.

We’ve got a little empty space in the garden right now, and this meal definitely fueled us up to get back out there and plant some corn 🌽💪

Soup + garden days = my kind of life 🤍

I truly don’t have the words for how thankful we are. The support y’all continue to show us week after week means everything to our family. What started as a little dream in April has turned into something so special because of YOU.

Y’all… thank you SO, so much. Not just for today or this weekend, but for the support you’ve shown us since we opened back in April 🥹 It truly means more than I can even put into words.

And I completely understand how frustrating it is to show up and not get what you came for—I would feel the same way! Just know we are actively working on ways to bake more and keep things stocked better for y’all.

We actually had an amazing friend gift us a FREE oven (how incredible is that?! 🙌). We’re just working on getting the electrical set up so we can put it to work!

A little behind the scenes—my schedule is about to shift. I’ll be going down to 2 days a week at my “normal job” so I can focus more on the farmstand. Working Fridays and then baking until I couldn’t physically go anymore was starting to catch up with me, especially with some chronic health stuff I deal with.

So please bear with us over the next few weeks while I get into a better rhythm and figure out the most efficient way to bake for y’all 💗

As of right now, it does look like we will be CLOSED tomorrow since I don’t have anything to restock.

Thank you again for showing up, supporting us, and cheering us on every single weekend. It does not go unnoticed 🤍
