Pitcher Mountain Farm Pitcher Mountain Farm is a Historic, beautiful 220 acre farm & home of our Highland Cows & Buffalo. In 2014 our Pitcher Mountain Farm Operation began.

Pitcher Mountain Farm is a Historic, beautiful 220 acre farm offering pastureland, hay land and amazing 360 degree views. It had been operated as a Grass Fed Scottish Highland Beef farm for over 50 years. We are preserving its history by continuing to raise these amazing animals on this farm. As the local meat demand grew, so did our need for more acreage to raise animals. Come take a short hike up to the Fire Tower and enjoy the birds eye view of the farm below. These are the little moments that make us stop, take a breath, and soak it all in. We really do get to live and work in a beautiful place, and we're pretty grateful for that.

Even better, we get to spend our days doing work we care about and helping take care of this land for the future.

Big Mama has officially moved in! 🐃

We moved one of our girls from Yankee Farmer’s Market over to Pitcher Mountain Farm, where she’ll be joining the herd and hopefully helping us welcome a new little one down the road.

She seems to be settling in just fine. We’ll be keeping an eye on our girl and will let you know how she does with the herd!

What's one thing that makes a busy week a little easier?

Around here it's having dinner already figured out.

That's one of the things we love about our meat packages and CSA boxes. You can stock up on quality, local meat and have plenty on hand for those nights when you don't have the time or energy to figure out what's for dinner.

Less running to the store.

Less last-minute dinner decisions, and spending money on eating out.

More good food waiting at home.
