Thank you to all my old and new customers that came out to see me today at Goose Hill Farm artisan and farmers market.

It was a great day.

I started this journey when I moved to the farm, got goats and realized the benefits of goat milk on our skin. Not to mention all the lovely oils, clay, essential oils etc that go into each bar. Everyone smells the scents, but remember even the scent has skin benefits, plus the colorants. Google or AI the ingredients on one of the bars you purchased and see all the skin loving benefits.

I wanted to make as clean and natural product as I could and I have been so pleased how this is helping people with their skin.

I had a valued customer tell me today that she is sharing the soap with her family near and far. She said she has sent the soap to Tennessee and Florida.

Now I have a charge to get this soap In all 50 states. This will be a tad easier once I launch my website for orders.

It so far has reached Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, Indiana, Minnesota, Nevada, Utah, Washing State. 8 down, 42 more to go.

I will let you all know when the website is launched for family and friends near and far.

Reminder:

I will be at Goose Hill Artisan's Market 22173 Sedley rd Franklin va 23851 on Saturday August 29th.

We will have all of our regular scented soaps and we will be starting to roll out our fall soaps.

I will not be in Franklin in September due to another event there, will be back the last Saturday in October and possibly on December 12th. With that being said October may be my last time in Franklin for the Market season, I will have all our Fall and Christmas soaps available at the October Market, so come stock up this saturday and October.

You can always reach out on this site as well if you need anything.

Also hopefully the website will be up amd running soon, but mailing does incur additional charges so I am willing to arrange farm pick up for locals.

What exactly all goes into getting the Goat Milk Soap into the customers hands?

Order ingredients and make sure in stock for what you are making.

Make soap 2 hr process for a single, double triple batch.

Once made pour soap into mold

24-48 hrs later cut the soap into bars with the exception of our salt soaps, which are cut an hour and a half after pouring.

Place on racks to cure for 4-6 weeks

1-2 weeks into the curing process use a designated vegetable peeler to round out the edges for a softer more finished look.

Again, the exception is salt soap, which you have to do this immediately after cutting If you do it, or it will just crumble.

If you are out of labels, print new ones. If this is a new soap, you have to make a new label, then print.

Once the soap is cured, weigh, label and package the soap.

If the soap is going right into the customer's hand it goes into a bag to the customer.

If the soap is going to one of the markets, then, you need a sample of each Soap for everyone to smell and several bars of each, so you don't run out. Load it into the vehicle the morning of the event, as well as two tables, table displays, canopy, weights to hold down your canopy. Unload and set up at event.

Then hopefully sell, sell, sell and meet lots of wonderful people, customers old and new, other vendors etc.

So our fall soaps are almost complete. I have two more to do. But I am waiting on my shipment of supplies.

Spiced pumpkin pie swirl and a second batch of campfire s'mores will complete our fall line.

Summer Lovin citrus Swirl: has a nice citrus scent

Citrus Sunrise- this one also has a nice citrus scent

H**p Blue Mountain Mint: has a nice fresh scent with peppermint, spearmint and eucalyptus essential oils

Mocha coffee Scrub: has a nice mocha chocolatey scent with coffee grounds for a light exfoliation

Oatmeal Honey: unscented besides oatmeal & Honey Loved by those that don't want any scent or color.

Oatmeal: unscented Natural Oatmeal scent. Loved by those that don't want any scent or color

Sandalwood Symphony: loved by both Men & Women scented with Sandalwood, bergamot & lavender.

Cedarwood & Fir: A nice woodsy scent loved by the Men and women

Campin In The Woods: a nice woodsy outdoorsy scent loved by the Men and Women

Mama's Mint Chocolate: Smells like a Mint Chocolate candy

Midnight Charcoal Sea Salt: A nice scent loved by Men and Women. Scented with Lavender, lemon and cedarwood essential oils

Rustic Green Tea: for men and women scented with tea tree and spearmint essential oils.

Creamy avocado Bliss scented with lemongrass and spearmint essential oils

Chocolate covered strawberry: with crushed strawberries and a chocolatey scent with a hint of lavender

Herbal Citrus and sage scented with rosemary geranium and Clary sage gives this a floral herbal scent.

Frankincense and myrrh face bar with frankincense myrrh carrot seed and geranium essential oils.

Tallow & sea moss Symphony scented with geranium, lavender and lemon for a floral fresh scent

Loofah herbal mint revival scented with spearmint, peppermint and rosemary with ground loofah for a light exfoliation

Frosted Moonlight lavender scented with lavender and bergamot

Clove bud & turmeric scented with clove Bud for a nice fall scent

Lemon poppy seed:
Smells like a lemon poppy seed muffin. Great fresh scent for kitchen, shower or bathroom sink.

Creamy cider and Herb: scented with cedarwood, Rosemary and lemongrass with Greek yogurt and apple cider vinegar in it.

Lemon cedar and beer scented with lemongrass and cedarwood. This one actually has beer in it

Warm spiced cocoa has a cocoa buttery scent.

Cool. Crisp cucumber melon has a really nice citrusy scent with orange and rosemary essential oils. This one has cucumber and watermelon juice in it as well.

Peppermint basil: scented with peppermint and basil. This is a great one for the kitchen or the bathrooms.

Our new fall scents:

Pumpkin spice and sea salt: scented with orange and clove also has pumpkin in it.

Spiced orchard sea salt: scented with cedarwood, cinnamon leaf, clove Bud, anise and orange essential oils & has applesauce & oatmeal in it.

Rustic tallow and oats: scented with cedarwood cinnamon leaf clove Bud anise and orange essential oils has applesauce and oatmeal in it.

Sold Out: Sweet Honey that is unscented and uncolored except for the honey and cocoa powder line in the middle.
