Why we love milling our own flour 👇

Our flour contains all the good stuff and is never sifted out!

Although we do use an organic all-purpose in our cookies to make them more fluffy, the fresh milled flour is right in there too. 😉

Fresh milled flour contains both the bran and germ meaning you can feel good about what you’re eating. 👌

We have a few new followers so I thought I would say 👋 and welcome!

Our little home bakery is a bit different in that we use organic flour we mill ourselves!

I love to share all about the benefits of freshly milled flour and why it’s beneficial for our bodies. 💪

I also like to use it in all the baking that is at our farm stand!

Thursdays are always for cookie prep! 🍪

I mix the dough, stuff depending on the recipe and place in the fridge overnight to maximize flavor. 😋

These Chocolate chip turtle cookies along with white chocolate Biscoff cookies, bread and cinnamon rolls will be at the stand this Saturday 8/15 starting at 9am. 👩‍🍳
