Blessed beyond words for the opportunity to take the boys into the pits last night for the **World of Outlaws in Findlay, Ohio!** 🏁🏎️ What an experience, and one these boys will never forget! How about the looks of that car🔥💨🔥

I can't thank the entire Bill Rose and Bryce Lucius Racing teams and family enough for welcoming us with open arms, keeping us informed, and giving us a firsthand look at the ins and outs of what it takes to compete at this level.

When you think about the longevity of Bill Rose Racing, the years of dedication, sacrifice, countless miles traveled, and everything that goes into keeping a race team going, that's something special in itself. Longevity like that doesn't happen by accident. It's built on passion, hard work, and a love for the sport that never fades. There's a tremendous amount of respect to be had for that.

But what stood out to me the most was watching Bryce interact with Easton. Here's a young man competing at an incredible level, taking time out of his day to laugh, talk racing, answer questions, and make a complete stranger feel like he's been part of the team forever. Bryce probably doesn't realize just how much those few moments meant to a little boy.

That's the kind of stuff that sticks with kids for a lifetime. It's bigger than racing, bigger than winning, and bigger than anything happening on the track.

The cars brought us there, but the people made the experience unforgettable.

From our family to the entire Rose and Lucius family, THANK YOU! You gave these boys memories they'll carry with them forever. 🏁❤️

🏡 **SMALL TOWN BUSINESSES DESERVE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S OPINION.**

Here's a little food for thought...

Living in a small community, word of mouth is everything. Social media has become a powerful tool for discovering local restaurants, hidden gems, and new businesses that folks may not even know exist.

And that's a GREAT thing! 👏

But here's where I think we need to be careful...

**Don't allow one person's experience, opinion, or review to dictate where YOU choose to spend your hard-earned money.**

Everyone has different tastes, expectations, and experiences. What one person doesn't enjoy might end up being your family's new favorite place to eat.

Reviews can absolutely be helpful, and constructive criticism is important for any business to grow. But there's a big difference between using someone's opinion as a resource and allowing it to make your decision for you.

Behind these small-town restaurants are real people. Families, employees, owners, and individuals who have invested their savings, sacrificed time with loved ones, and put everything they have into building something they're proud of.

**One review doesn't tell the whole story. One bad day doesn't define a business. And one person's taste buds certainly don't speak for an entire community.**

I love seeing local businesses get exposure, especially the newer ones trying to establish themselves. But I also believe we owe it to ourselves, and to our communities, to form our own opinions.

Go try that restaurant. Order something different. Talk to the staff. Experience the atmosphere. Give that small business an opportunity to earn YOUR business.

You might be pleasantly surprised.

**Small towns thrive when we support one another, not when we allow one voice to make decisions for everyone else.**

Just a little perspective from someone who knows firsthand what goes into operating a small business. ❤️

Huge shoutout to Rayz Route 20 . I don’t personally know them, and I’ve never had the opportunity to stop in, but you don’t always have to know someone personally to recognize what kind of people they are. Actions speak for themselves, and this says a lot. 💯

And congratulations to Bone Boy's BBQ & Catering, LLC on the SELL OUT! 🔥💨

At the end of the day, supporting one another and watching other small businesses succeed is what it’s all about. Somebody else winning doesn’t take anything away from what you’re building.

Well… you guys showed up! ❤️

We have officially SOLD OUT of our first Bone Boy's BBQ Sunday! 🙌🍖

Our plan was to switch over to the regular Rayz menu once Bone Boys sold out. Unfortunately, that transition did not go according to plan. Rather than try to rush things or provide an experience that wasn’t up to our standards, we have made the decision to close early at 6 PM.

We know some of you were still planning to stop in, and we’re sorry if you missed us. 😭

The good news? This is exactly what a soft launch is for! Today gave us a great opportunity to see what worked, what our customers loved, and what we can fine-tune moving forward.
