If you know me, you know this beer holds a very special place in my heart.

Saigon Lager is a Vietnamese-style lager, light, crisp, and refreshing. To me, it represents so much more than what’s in the glass. It carries a piece of my love for Vietnam, the craft of brewing, and the lessons shared through mentorship.

Most importantly, it reminds me of my father. A cold pint of Saigon Lager brings to mind great conversations, warm hugs, laughter, and the mutual respect we shared.

Having Saigon Lager back on our taps is more than simply bringing back a favorite beer. It’s a little piece of my heart making its way back into the taproom.

Come share a pint, start a conversation, and raise a glass to the people who helped shape who we are.

Vietnamese Noodle Bowl is sold out. Actually we are out of noodle. Thanks to Rose’s math ability 😭😂😞

White rice substitution will be available if you still want this freshness.
