As most of you know, she’s beautiful, she smells amazing, and she gives you the cold shoulder sometimes… but once you spend enough time with her, she’s all you want this summer.

Ohio Craft Beer Week kicks off today, and we at Hoptometry Brewing Company are celebrating with the release of this beauty. 🍻❤️

Please welcome From The Heart Vol. 6, an Imperial Session Juicy IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at Aglet Brewing. Clocking in at 7.2% ABV, this juicy crusher is packed with bright hop character while staying dangerously smooth and refreshing.

Not only is this special brew pouring at both Hoptometry and Aglet, but limited collection glasses are available for purchase as well.

This weekend is also about celebrating the moms and mother figures who deserve all the love, appreciation, and quality time we can give them. Bring her out for great beer, delicious food, and some meaningful time together. ❤️

Every year, breweries across Ohio brew a beer “From the Heart” — a collaboration through the OCBA (Ohio Craft Brewers Association) built on community, creativity, and doing something a little different for a good cause.

This year, we teamed up with our friends at Aglet Brewing… and things escalated quickly.

The ingredient kit from the OCBA. A nice, easy-drinking "session summer ale".
What we made from it? An Imperial Session Juicy IPA.

Yeah… we know. Not a real beer style. But what did you expect from us?

It's bright, juicy, and 7.2% — just enough “oops” to keep things interesting.

From the Heart Volume 6 goes on tap this Friday, May 8th, at 4:00 PM at both Tiffin's breweries to kick off Ohio on Tap Week.

Pouring in at 5.5%, this brew is smooth, malty, and rich with a perfectly balanced finish; made to be savored on these cold, rainy days.

Pair it with our Matty Patty 🍔 , a double smashed burger loaded with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, and our house-made Matty Patty sauce for 67% extra chill mode.

Not every beer gets to be the “sexy one” on social media. You know, the shiny glass, the perfect foam, the lacing that makes you drool.

What you don’t see?

This.
A mountain of wet grain that weighs more than my emotional baggage.
The constant cleaning.
The lifting.
The “did I already clean this or am I losing it?” moments.
And being on our feet so long we forget what sitting feels like.

Brewing isn’t always glamorous. It’s basically a gym membership + science experiment + mild chaos.

But this is the part that makes it all worth it.

Because when that beer hits your glass looking all pretty and innocent? Oh, we KNOW what it took to get there. And we’re weirdly proud of it.

Today I’m brewing two of my iconic beers:

🍺 Bavarian Diamond, a crisp, refreshing German wheat ale Hefeweizen that drinks way too easy
🍺 Foreign Extra Stout, (IYKYK) dark, bold, and making its on tap in late May 👀
