Chef Dan is Smoking Ribeye ALL SUMMER.
He smokes this 14OZ RIBEYE low and slow with cherry wood for a rich smoke layer, and then we hit it on our charbroiler for that smokey/char that is absolutely KILLER.
Served with Fries, horseradish cream, and a side of Jalepeno slaw.
Available daily (unless we run out) all summer.

Introducing "HUGH" a German style wheat beer with coriander and orange peel added.

HUGH is PULPY'S Dad, he is a fun loving Orange Slice who owns BEERBOY magazine and lives in his mansion in Valencia, California.
This hazy German style wheat beer is best served with a slice of orange, and served ice cold. An easy drinker at 5% abv.

Riding those big NEW ZEALAND hop waves. This brew is packed full of Motueka/Rakau/Wai-iti hops from new Zealand. The flavor is Big Lime zest and pink Grapefruit. Thirst quenching, soft, rounded.
