Just like us, sourdough thrives with a bit of self-care! We took a couple of days off from baking this past week to nourish our starter. Look at the difference between a tired starter and a well rested starter allowed to take time for some TLC. Let this be a reminder to us all that rest and nourishment are self-care and we all deserve to take time for it!

We are celebrating the most important meal of the day at the stand today with TWO new breakfast inspired scones!

Banana Pancakes- the sourdough scone dough itself is bursting with banana and features a layer of caramelized bananas. We topped it off with our maple syrup glaze. So cozy!

Magically Delicious- this sourdough scone features Lucky Charms cereal, with a sweet milk glaze, and of course Lucky Charms marshmallows throughout and on top!

Fresh sourdough loaves are stocked at the stand too! Original, Sea Salt, and Everything Bagel. Enjoy!

It’s paçzki day and we have them! This is a family recipe used for generations but with one big difference, we use only our wild sourdough yeast, no commercial yeast will ever be used here. These paçzki have been long fermented for a happy microbiome and are not filled because the dough is the absolute star of the show! Two topping varieties: Powdered Sugar or cream cheese frosting with sweetened coconut flakes. I’m so excited to share our family tradition with you. Available at the stand today!

Oh the blisters! 😍 when looking for a good loaf, these blisters are a great indication of a delicious, well fermented loaf! Here at our loaves have ALL THE BLISTERS!

We are stocking the stand all winter long with delicious sourdough bread. With these freezing temps though the bread may freeze quite quickly out there. When you get your loaf home, simply let it warm up on the counter until you can squish the loaf with your hands. Enjoy!
