❀️ A Little Update From Me
Hey Troy Nutrition family! I wanted to give everyone a little heads-up going into this week.
I haven’t been feeling my best lately, and I’m also working through a few personal things. Because of that, our hours may look a little different this week and will be subject to change.

Right now, I’m simply taking things day by day. Some days I may feel great and be able to handle a full day, and other days I may need to listen to my body and call it a little earlier. I won’t always know until that day, so I’m asking everyone to please check our page before heading our way for the most up-to-date hours.

Things will get back to normal. I just need a little patience and grace while I take care of myself and work through a few things right now. 🫢

I appreciate every single person who walks through our doors, checks on me, shares our posts, places an order, or continues to support this little business of mine. ❀️

One day at a time, and we’ll get back to business as usual soon.
