For some raising beef is just a side hustle, but for us it’s our life, our livelihood. Our cattle graze lush protein rich coastal pastures while we strive to be good stewards of the land, giving back more then we take. Back to the basics? We never left!

The East Texas State Fair takes a crew! And lot’s of buggy’s, meat and sprinkling in of fun!

Big shout out to Transpo Crew for volunteering over 700 hours of their lives to make getting around a little easier for guests and vendors!

Perhaps a sexier name would get more fanfare, but it’s what we do… You Call - We Haul!

Eleven days flew by and we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve the people of East Texas!

With 2025 and 2026 introducing so many new things to the fair, can’t wait for even better 2027!

It’s simply grass at its peak: young, leafy, and nutrient-dense. We frequently rotate our cattle to keep it that way. We offer grass-finished and grain-finished.

We remember the courage, the sacrifice, the heartbreak, and the countless acts of kindness that brought our country together.

Twenty-five years later, the memories remain, the stories live on, and we continue to honor those who were taken too soon and those who bravely served.
