Attention feed customers!

Bryan and Tyler at Tall Towers have done their best to “keep the wolves at bay” for a long time. That being said the trucking company upped shipping per bag on recent shipments. They negotiated to keep the number as low as possible to lesson the impact on customers but the inevitable happened.

So unfortunately costs will increase, we apologize in advance for any negative impacts but in the state of everything today we are grateful it was only that much and not more. Thank you all for being apart of the Tall Towers Family!

“Not a post I want to be making but the inevitable has arrived. If you haven't noticed the economy, commodities and the fuel prices then I would like to know the rock you are hiding under because I will join you!

Tall Towers Feed has tried like hell to keep the wolves at bay with the constant increases on all aspects, but the time has come where we have to come up a little bit in our prices to try and weather the storm. We built this company with a team mentality and right now we are asking our team as a whole to come together and stay strong during one of the worst economic situations we have witnessed in our lifetimes. I always say as the pendulum swings, it swings both ways. We WILL come out the other side stronger and stronger together!!

As always, we thank you all for the continued support and trust that you have shown!! We love you all and God bless!! ”

We’d like to take a minute to celebrate and spotlight Claire Myers who is a first year goat exhibitor and did a stellar job with Hunter (Mojitos boy) this year at the Great Frederick Fair.

Claire has shown a lot of passion and initiative to learn on her first year. She has a natural flair for showmanship which was awesome to watch. She even got Hunter to a whopping 123lbs!!!
She was 1st in her showmanship division and 2nd in her market class.

If you are looking to purchase an animal and support a local 4Her who is starting her goat journey please consider Claire! Livestock Sale is this coming Saturday at the Great Frederick Fairgrounds and/or you can register to bid online.

The Great Frederick Fair was a whirlwind of a day! But boy was it worth it 😀 💕

Before I even go into the results we gotta send a huge shout out to all the extra hands we had on deck for baths, and blowouts, and showing… without you guys it all wouldn’t have gotten done like it did. Katie Singer Mirfin (and Syd), Kierstyn Airing, Taryn Runshaw and Julia Epling.

Closing out a day that carries so much weight for so many…
As someone who teaches high school students I’m amazed at how much many of them don’t know and aren’t aware of. Please have those difficult conversations… don’t let the memories fade… it’s through those memories that we can learn and grow as a country. The days after 9/11 attacks we were the more united I can ever remember as a country. All American, all different but together on the same side. We could use a bit more of that these days.

Show Correct

This GIANT boy is a point of contention in our house lately which is why he is being listed for sale. He was 18lbs at birth and his growth rate has not slowed down at all! At 4.5 months he was 112lbs (7/30/26). When I say he’s huge framed I mean it, his body mass is just starting to fill in. This buck has a ton of potential and I’d love to see him go to a show home, I think he is going to have a killer yearling show season!

He won Grand Champion Registered Buck and Supreme Meat Goat Buck at Carroll County Fair. He has 4 JABGA points currently and will be headed to Frederick Fair ABGA shows in 2 weeks. My husband knows he needs more time to fill out his giant frame but is impatient as hell 😂 And I would be ok to wait 🤔IYKYK. Let us know if you have questions or would like to come see him. Serious inquiries only! He won’t leave unless the right price is met.
