This free event will also take place on Sunday, July 19, so be sure to stop by on one of these dates to meet these sweet animals.

Crop Updates
Our apple and pear crops look really nice, but we did lose almost all of our peaches this year. First it got down to -14 in late January and peach buds can only handle -12 so we felt ourselves pretty lucky when some buds turned into flowers in April. Alas, frost took most of those flowers and therefore, our peach crop. There will be a few but not many. Pick your own is doubtful, but if we have a variety with enough to offer pick your own we will announce it.
We are bringing in peaches from the south right now. This weekend we have clings called Lady from South Carolina. We expect freestones in about two weeks and we will take orders then.
We are thinning apples now and should be picking Pristine for the market about the third week of July. Although not a true transparent apple, it is an excellent saucer and pie apple. We consider it an improvement over Lodi and it keeps longer (decent for eating out of hand, too!).
Happy Apple Eatery, our new food trailer, is open Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 10-3
Accepting Tart Cherry Deposits until July 12 for September pick up on the farm
Tart cherries from Michigan are pre-pitted and individually quick frozen in five pound ziplock bags. We are taking deposits for two bags/ten pounds of cherries. Pay $10 now and the remaining balance at pickup in September. Final pricing has not been set by the grower but we will notify you as soon as we know. The grower did have a partial crop loss so we feel fortunate to be able to secure these Montmorency tart cherries for you again this year. Go HERE to make a deposit for cherries. Rent the Flex Space
We purchased a small building to turn into our Off Season Farm Shop December through May but until then we are putting this space to use. Anytime it is open and empty, you are welcome to lunch inside the building. It has heat and AC and can seat 12.
We will use the space for events and classes including kids' craft days and painting classes but are offering it to you for your micro events as well. Check it out next time you visit.
Thank you for being our customer and supporting local. Your words of encouragement mean everything to us. Thank you!
We will open up six days a week starting June 9, 10am-5pm. Always closed on Mondays.
