This week, Manuil and our daughter Ellie are heading to Hatch to meet Manuil's mom, Elena to load up the chile and bring it right back to Vail so we can fire up the roasters Saturday morning.

For our family, it's a little piece of Manuil's childhood in Hatch brought to the community we now call home. 💚

Walk-ins ARE welcome, but fresh chile is not guaranteed and goes FAST. Mornings are primarily spent roasting our pre-orders, so walk-ins hoping for roasted chile will have the best chance AFTER NOON.
