Cheesescapes: Eatery, Provisions & Catering
The lease has officially been signed for the future home of Cheesescapes at 30 W. Stephenson St. in Downtown Freeport!
The storefront will feature a cozy lunch eatery serving fresh sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups, baked goods, and thoughtfully prepared grab-and-go favorites—including specialty salads, house-made dips, and our signature cheese & charcuterie offerings.
You’ll also find a curated selection of specialty provisions, including premium olive oils, aged balsamic vinegars, artisan crackers, gourmet pantry staples, cookbooks and beautiful, seasonal hosting and entertaining pieces. We are also looking forward to welcoming you for charcuterie styling workshops and other special events, too!
Behind the scenes, the commercial kitchen will continue to serve as the home of our Cheesescapes catering operation while also becoming the production hub for pretzels from Freeport Pretzel Co. that we’ll have baked fresh and available daily! 🥨
We’ve got plenty of work ahead over the next few months as we transform the space, and we’ll be sharing the renovation journey along the way. Stay tuned for updates—and, of course, our official opening announcement!
