Wow, what an unbelievable week for the Nahrup family! Congratulations to everyone involved! It is a privilege and honor to have Carson on the head of one of our lambs! We couldn't ask for a better showman, home, and team behind our lamb!! What they did with their entire set this week at state fair is something that is next to impossible to do at such a high level and the success they had at one of the toughest state fairs in the country is incredible! (I'll be biased and say Ohio State Fair is the toughest and best state fair in the nation lol)
Special thanks to Trey for all you did and believing in #2215 back in February. Your experience, knowledge, attention to detail really shows why you are one of the best, congratulations to you and your family for the great accomplishment at this year's state fair!
#2215/aka baby gorilla, has been a special animal from day one, he always had those big time pieces, the kind that makes you keep delaying putting a band on and makes you question if you did the right thing. We are proud to have raised one of this caliber, proud of the job Carson and his family did with their entire set of lambs!
I'm thankful for my wife Courtney and our kids for supporting me in raising sheep and the sacrifices they make year round! We enjoy raising and breeding sheep, we enjoy the friendships we build, and the opportunities to glorify our Lord and Savior in every step of this adventure.
Thank you to everyone that has reached out with kind words and complements this week! We all know these things arent easy to make and not sure if we can do it again, but we will keep trying and are thankful for this accomplishment!
