Valhalla Tea Company Every Valhalla blend has a story. Made by Veterans to help Veterans. We promise never to lose sight of this mission and will always hold ourselves accountable.

Inspired by legendary figures, ancient myths, and extraordinary warriors, each blend is crafted to capture the character behind its name—from the wisdom of The All Father to the mysteries of The Goddess of Night. We started Valhalla Tea Company in early 2021 with the mission to bring amazingly handcrafted, loose-leaf tea blends to your front door. We put our money were our mouth is by donating a portion of the proceeds for every product sold to Veteran Non-Profits. This directly helps fund their programs that assist in reintegration programs for homeless and addicted veterans, community building post military service, and assisting with mental health needs. To date we've been able to raise and disperse over $4400+ with more raised every day! We're more than just a tea company however. Our goal is to celebrate cultural diversity. At VTC we put a lot of thought into each one of our champions selected to represent our handcrafted blends. We started with the raw ingredients and attached it to a cultural warrior to become the stewards of our brand. Anxiety, depression and PTSD effect everyone, regardless of race, religion or sex and needs to be addressed as a human issue. Together we can all live a healthier lifestyle. So choose your hero and fuel your warrior!

Warrior Showdown: The Teutonic Knights vs the Aztec Eagle Warriors.

One fought in heavy armor, wielding swords and lances as they rode across the battlefields of medieval Europe. The other earned elite status through courage in combat, wielding obsidian-bladed weapons while dressed in eagle-inspired armor at the height of the Aztec Empire.

If these two warrior orders met on the battlefield, who would emerge victorious?

Grilled asparagus with a little lemon zest and a cup of sencha green tea... it's such a simple combo, but it works!

The tea has a fresh, grassy flavor that plays off the earthiness of the asparagus, and the lemon brings out a nice brightness in both. It’s light, clean, and feels like something you’d get in early spring when everything’s just starting to wake up again.

This is a combo that's worth trying if you’re looking for an easy, seasonal pairing with your tea.

Hint: our Lord of the Desert flavor has sencha green tea in it 😉

Warrior Highlight: Aztec Eagle Warriors

The Eagle Warriors were among the most respected warrior orders of the Aztec Empire, which flourished in central Mexico from the 14th to the early 16th century.

Membership was earned through success in battle, making the Eagle Warriors a symbol of courage, skill, and prestige.

Dressed in elaborate eagle-inspired armor, they fought with weapons such as the macuahuitl, an obsidian-edged club capable of inflicting devastating wounds.

Unlike many warrior traditions, their goal was often to capture opponents alive rather than kill them outright. Their achievements on the battlefield helped expand and maintain one of the most powerful civilizations in the Americas.

Drinking tea regularly can support a healthy immune system. Many teas, like green tea and chamomile, are rich in antioxidants and compounds that help the body fight off infections and reduce inflammation. Plus, some herbal teas have natural antibacterial and antiviral properties, giving your immune system an extra boost.

One example of an antioxidant found in tea is "epigallocatechin gallate", or EGCG, which is abundant in green tea. EGCG is known for its immune-supporting properties, such as helping to reduce inflammation and protect cells from damage caused by free radicals.

Warrior Highlight: Teutonic Knights

The Teutonic Knights were a military order of warrior-monks who fought across Eastern Europe and the Baltic region from the 12th to the 16th centuries.

Recognized by their white cloaks bearing crosses, they combined religious devotion with military prowess. The order built castles, established fortified strongholds, and launched campaigns against pagan tribes along Europe's northeastern frontier.

Armed with swords, lances, and heavy armor, Teutonic Knights were noteworthy warriors, skilled in both mounted and foot combat. Their influence helped shape the history of modern-day Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and parts of Germany.
