hola! today I learned two things:

1. how to speak Spanish…hola! it’s a work in progress. I will report back on my multilingual adventure.
2. there is a place in Union Hall with a hidden gem. the place is Huaco Eatery and the gem is Chef Sebas. he is truly an artist and his food so good - he’s like a Mexican Gordon Ramsey, but nice. if you haven’t tried it, I promise that you are only hurting yourself. and sure, from a girl who eats Taco Bell 4 times a week, maybe I don’t exactly have the palette of a food critic. but I know incredible when I taste and this was…MUY incredible! don’t act like you’re not impressed.
