An unforgettable evening of connection, collaboration, and elevated cuisine.
We had the honor of serving as the food curator for an exclusive rooftop networking experience hosted by Mogul Soirèe District , where entrepreneurs gathered to build relationships, exchange ideas, and enjoy an incredible sunset overlooking the city.
Guests started the evening with our grilled shrimp cocktail, Haitian boulet, Caesar salad, and house salad before enjoying a curated selection of our signature rice bowls featuring Honey Bourbon Salmon, Jerk Smoked Chicken, and Jerk & Honey Bourbon Smoked Eggplant. Each bowl was served over Djon Djon Rice (Haitian black mushroom rice) and topped with fresh mango salsa, sour cream, and crispy plantain chips.
We ended the evening on a sweet note with Fomagé Crème Brûlée and Biscoff Cheesecake.
Beyond the food, it was a privilege to share the story behind Cinsational Dining. Faith, resilience, and a passion for bringing people together through food have shaped this journey.
