Poultry in Motion Farm is a small-scale organic farm dedicated to providing naturally grown vegetables, canned goods and fresh European-style breads using the best ingredients possible. We also supply a couple of local restaurants with vegetables. We grow a wide variety of vegetables on a little less than 2 acres of our land using natural methods and much of what we produce goes into our canned go
ods. All of our beds are drip-lined to conserve water, we till only minimally (mostly by hand), we use collected rainwater as much as possible and apply organic fertilizers and pesticides when absolutely needed. In season we send out a weekly email detailing what we will be bringing to market each week. We do not do markets in the winter, returning to the OXCM in April.
