Spring Ridge Farm - Eggs Farm Fresh Eggs by the 12- or 18-pack, by appointment only at this time. Between the hours of 7:00 a All of our chickens free-range during the non snowy months.

Our 13 happy hens are Crested Cream, Barred Rock, Lavender Orpington, and something black with chestnut flecks that is a mixed breed that I can't recall. We also have two very well-behaved roosters, one is a Crested Cream and the other is a mix of Lavender Orpington and Barred Rock. The photos below are from last summer, these days their eggs are mostly shades of green or blue, and all of them have beautiful homemade yolks. Eggs can be picked up in Corinth or Orono, both by appointment only at this time.

There's a strong texture on the shell so I honestly thought it was some kind of nut when I first picked it up out of the nest box! So tiny compared to the extra jumbo we got a few days ago... it sure is quite a size difference. šŸ¤£
