Mile Hi Distilling For Sale
Mile Hi Distilling industrial condo and Business for sale 1.1 million. Or business for $200K 3 years ago, the building was appraised at $1 million. The business has been sold a few times in the past, but the first buyer died from COVID. The second buyer essentially destroyed the company by charging excessively for products, and the website was crashing; we lost most of our Google ratings as a result, we lost most of our returning customers. The company alone, without the industrial condo, was appraised at $3 million back in 2018. I believe the company still has a lot of potential. The industrial condo is 4,000 ft built back in 2009 I believe there's at least $200,000 in inventory and probably over $100,000 in machinery, including things like shelving, workbenches, computers, etc. The company was founded in 2003 and was very successful. However, at this time, we have only four employees left, and sales are significantly down due to the actions of the last owner.
Only serious inquiries and the prices are firm. I'm basically giving the company away with the purchase of the building.

Myself, I ran the company for over 20 years. And like I said it was very successful. But at this time, I'm enjoying my retired lifestyle, so time to get rid of the whole thing.
