Outlaw Spring Ranch is the home of MRQH Salute Beduino an AQHA stallion bred and raised by Moreau River Quarter Horses in South Dakota. Salute has proven to produce athletic good minded babies and is offered for breeding to the public to a limited number of mares. If you are looking for an athletic, good minded stallion that throws his brains and good looks on each and every one of his babies look

no further. To date, he has crossed fantastically on running, cow, and ranch bred AQHA mares. He also has produced some outstanding Appendix AQHA foals out of Thoroughbred mares. His first foal crop will be hitting the performance pen in 2021. Salute is color tested as EEAAGg which means he is homozygous black and agouti with only one copy of gray. This pretty little filly will be 👀🏠 come weaning as well. Really been kicking around the idea of keeping this one back for myself, but I really shouldn't. She is SO pretty and has a big personality. Some of the best of the best thoroughbred lines on her bottom side, Distorted Humor and AP Indy will be on her papers with Storm Cat just off. Bred for performance/run on the top side with Speed Doctor and Sensation Cash. She could go pretty much any direction and be successful!

We have our first confirmed pregnancy for 2027 🙌
Trying to get mares bred this year has been a bit of a logistical nightmare between their schedules, my schedules, and the crazy weather we've been having this spring. I'm so excited we finally got a confirmed 14 day pregnancy. Fingers crossed for a beautiful heartbeat check in a couple more weeks!

Great news from our little cataract filly's ophthalmology appointment yesterday 🙌 her cataract is shrinking which means, according to the vet, she can see light/dark, shadows, and shapes. The cataract will likely continue to shrink, but as to how much it will shrink is unknown. But the more it shrinks, the more she will recover some vision in that right eye! The vet also stated that her left eye is 100% normal and healthy with nothing that points to this being a genetic condition. So with all that said the sky is still the limit for this filly and I would love to find her the perfect home that will love her for what she is. Will gladly share all the official vet findings upon request.

Now that the five 2026 foals are on the ground for the year I figured we should spotlight them and find the three remaining foals their person. This was our first year really branching out to a few different stallions and I couldn't be happier with the results. All foals are priced at $3500 and can be held with a $500 deposit with flexible payments on the remaining balance until pickup. These guys will all sell with their AQHA or APHA papers in hand and will be started on halter breaking(leading and tying at the very least). Foals will be ready to start heading to new homes in September.

Shakem Ken Doll x SGP No Love - this filly is an absolute sweetheart. She was born with a cataract in her right eye and that is the ONLY reason she is priced so low. Can discuss vet findings with interested parties and will release all vet records to whoever is lucky enough to get her. Will be paid into Future Fortunes and is MN Futurity eligible as well. This girl needs to be a barrel horse! Will discuss offers to a proven performance home.

Amerrican Sensation X Slurpy - this filly is full of sass and fire! You can find her running hot laps around her momma at least 75% of the time. Would be a fantastic western dressage or ranch show prospect. Could also see her in the performance world running barrels or swing a rope off her. Her dam is a thoroughbred, but more of the fun sized stocky thoroughbred types with one of the best minds. I absolutely adore this sire too, I actually kept a filly by him back for myself last year and she is the best minded filly I've raised up in years.

Beduino Bully x Effortlessly Escape - this c**t is absolutely massive! Based on a previous c**t I had born this size, he will most definitely outgrow his parents and likely finish out about 16hh. Effortlessly Escape is a homebred homegrown mare herself and was one of our favorites in the riding string for a few years before deciding to focus on our young ones for a bit and let her raise a baby. This guy is going to be big and flashy, bred for barrels but I could truthfully see him being a super neat rope horse as well.

Westward Salute (MRQH Salute Beduino x Frosted Pepinlena) - this is the 4th baby of this cross and they never disappoint. This guy was reserved in utero and will be going to a repeat home in MN at weaning.

Zingin By Ya (MRQH Salute Beduino x SGP Miss Basinga) - this filly was claimed super quick once I advertised her and is also headed to another repeat home. No doubt this filly is going to be an athlete, she came out full of fire and ready to take on the world.

Some pictures of this massive guy today. Only a day old and he's taller than every other baby on the place 😳 poor momma is having a bit of a hard time recovering being that this behemoth was her first baby but she's starting to bounce back.

Sassy little roany pony. The vet techs started halter breaking him while he was with his mom to get AIed so I thought I'd continue with it. He gets a little bit of halter breaking time every day and then gets to wear his halter for a bit...he's quite clearly not a fan 😅
